Here first you have to goto address bar, where the url of the youtube video is written. Works smoothly in Mozilla.
for example here:

 replace "youtube" with "voobys" like this:

before hitting  Enter, change https:// to http://  then you will be taken to their site,  you need to run java(TM) when prompted.
