Now as the monsoon is in its full swing it is better to check the weather outside. With IsItRaining.in Powered by yahoo weather we will be able to check in which city of any country it is raining.
Use this format IsItRaining.in/<city> .The result will be pretty straight forward in YES or NO

Though there is one weakness that should be mentioned is that it is giving the result of past 30 minutes. So it may not match the real time situation.
